We have broad experience in defending and monitoring individual and collective claims and operating procedures, as well as in labor disputes, work stoppages and strike procedures. We have also experience in defending claims of ownership, management of collective labor contracts (CBA’s), and in the drafting and negotiation of demands to enter into Contract-Law agreements.

We provide advice in strategic planning, in the drafting of internal labor regulations, pension and retirement plans, special benefit plans for officers and employees (such as, stock options), business closures and mass terminations, in the design and implementation of labor restructures, the establishment and analysis of the operation of internal committees set forth in the labor regulations, individual and collective work terminations, the review and monitoring of transfers of obligations and the recognition of employee benefits, the conduction, implementation and monitoring of employer substitutions, as well as the analysis of labor effects resulting from the acquisition or merger of companies. We also provide advice for prevention of occupational hazards, for the design and implementation of claim prevention plans.

We perform labor and social security audits and hold seminars on labor topics, such as, training and human resources.
