Career path. He has 17 years of professional experience. Previously, he participated in the liquidation project of Ferrocarriles Nacionales de México. Subsequently he was part of the legal area of several national and international companies such as MaxiGas Natural (subsidiary of GDF Suez), Hewlett-Packard, CIT Mexico (now BanRegio) and Sodexo.

Education. He obtained his law degree (2002) from the Universidad Iberoamericana, in Mexico City. In the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico he concluded the Diplomas of Law of Information Technologies and Communications (2012) and Contracts Law (2007). At the Universidad Iberoamericana, the course on Justice and Litigation in Environmental Matters (2006) and at the National Center for Disaster Prevention – CENAPRED attended the International Seminar on Risk Management in Industry (2005).
