Compliance
We have broad experience as compliance officers and therefore are capable to ensure that legal and regulatory issues affecting businesses are complied with in terms of applicable laws. We have experience in compliance matters subject to foreign and domestic regulations, such as, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act “FCPA”, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act or “ECOA”, the Mexican Anti-Corruption in Public Procurement Law, the Mexican Anti-money Laundering Law and other relevant regulations against bribery and anti-corruption.
Furthermore, we provide support on the issuance of reports to local authorities, such as the Ministry of Finance (SHCP), the National Commission for the Protection of Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF), and the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), among others.
